Electric vehicles zip through Soekarno-Hatta, aim to improve service - The Jakarta Post - Jakarta Post

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport operates a number of electric vehicles of different types, aiming to improve services while producing zero emissions.

Director of state-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura (AP) II Muhammad Awaluddin, said in a statement on Sept. 1 that there were seven types of electric vehicles operating in all Soekarno-Hatta airport terminals. Muhammad hopes that the use of electric vehicles will also increase in other public service areas.

SkyTrain

Inaugurated in mid-September 2017, Soekarno-Hatta’s Automated People Mover System (APMS) aka SkyTrain or kalayang assists people’s mobility to and from Terminal 1, 2, 3 and the airport SkyTrain station. The train operates daily from 4:33 a.m. to 0:30 a.m.
